Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer two shipping options for all orders within the United States:

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days (excludes weekends and holidays)
  • Best for customers who need their products quickly

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3-4 business days (excludes weekends and holidays)
  • Our most economical shipping option

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped and is in the carrier's possession, Sparkled By Ki LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, broken, or damaged items during transit.

If your tracking information shows that your package was not delivered:

  • Contact your local carrier facility immediately to file a claim
  • Provide them with your tracking number and order details

If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact your local post office or carrier
  • File a claim with the shipping carrier

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at chat@infosparkledbyki.org.
