No Refunds or Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the sanitary nature of our cosmetic products (lip glosses, lip oils, and false lashes), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
Exceptions
While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective or not as described
- Incorrect item sent
Please contact us immediately at shop@sparkledbyki.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your case and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
Shipping and Delivery
Once an order is shipped, Sparkled By Ki LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken items during transit. If you have tracking information showing your order was not delivered, please contact your carrier facility directly to file a claim.
